("Grantor"). for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt ofwMch is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy. a Cooperative Corporation. of~on
and Jackson. Wyo~ng and to its successors and assigns. ("Grantees"). a perpe~al easement ~d
of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines ~d equipment of the ~antee to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the prenfises of Grantor in L~COLN County. State of WYO~G ~ong
a line described as tbllows, to wit:
BErG a part of the NE1/4 NWl/4 of Section 6, T32N, Rll8W, 6th P.M., in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more pa~icularly described as follows:
BEG~N~G at an existing electric power pole located approximately East 1617 feet, South
1188 feet, and N 25° W 368 feet from the ~ corner of said Section 6.
Thence easement begins and bears N 15° W 60 feet to the North property line.

Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shmbbe~, undergro~h or other obstructions inte~ering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor ac~owledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) are na~r~ly occu~ng
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee, The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
