WARRANTY DEED
EVA M. WILSON, a single person, Grantor, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to EVA M. WILSON, as Trustee of
the EVA M. WILSON TRUST dated February 20, 2008, Grantee, whose
address is 32 Elkol St, Diamondville, Wyoming, 83116, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Parcel 120 of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as shown upon the plat thereof dated August 31,
1942, containing 7500 square feet, more or less, as the
same appears of record and on file in the Office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and for
said Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
