ARNOLD N. LARSON and DEBBIE K. LARSON, husband and wife,
Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to ARNOLD N.
LARSON, as Trustee of the ARNOLD N. LARSON TRUST dated February 19,
2008, and DEBRA K. LARSON, as Trustees of the DEBRA K. LARSON TRUST
dated February 19, 2008, Grantees, as tenants in common, whose
address is PO Box 813, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Township 21 North, Range 117 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
A tract of ground being part of the NE~NW~ of
Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 117 West of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the quarter corner common to Sections
10 and said Section 15; thence bear S 89°33'14" W along
the North line of sðid Section 15 a distance of 1316.37
feet to the W 1/16th corner between Sections 10 and 15,
this being the basis of bearings for this survey; thence
S 00°06' 09" E, 660.30 feet along the N-S Centerline of
the NW~ of said Section 15 to the midway point of said
quarter section; thence N 89°33'05" E, 1315.80 feet to a
point on the N-S centerline of said Section 15; thence N
00°03'11" W, 660.25 feet along the N-S centerline of said
Section 15 to the point of beginning.
