(0 ~ lîtt¡ ~ I ')£.j 1.0 Wyoming (hereinafter called "Grantor"), for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, conveys and warrants to Douglas M. Broadhead and Cindy T. Broadhead, husband and wife, whose address is P.O. Box 62, Fairview, Wyoming 83119 (hereinafter collectively called "Grantee"), the following-described real estate situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming: A Sixty (60) foot wide non-exclusive perpetual easement for purposes of ingress, egress and utilities, including but not limited to the right to construct, maintain, and repair road and the right to remove trees, bushes, undergrowth, and other obstructions interfering with the location, construction, and maintenance of the road or utilities, the location of which easement is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The easement granted by this deed is for the benefit of and is appurtenant to that real property, or any portion thereof, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described as follows: That part of the SW1/4SE1/4 and that part of Lot 4 (SE1/4SEl/4) of Section 19; and that part of Lot 1 (NE1/4NEl/4) of Section 30, all in T31N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in book 164 of Photostatic Records on page 128, as more particularly described on Exhibit "B" attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
