Personal Representative of the Estate of Stanley Jay Floyd of 5 Wentworth Court East, Minneapolis,
MN 55419-2399 herein referred to as Assignor. The Assignees are Milton R. Floyd of5 Wentworth
Court East, Minneapolis, MN 55419-2399; Terri Lee Hayes of712 E. Sumter Way, Spokane, W A
99208-5753; Vera Lynn Lightfoot of 1400 Sonata Lane, Cheyenne, WY 82007; and S. Scott Floyd
of915 Deer Mountain Road, Bear River, WY 82930 in equal shares.
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of October, 2006, Assignor entered into a Contract for Deed with
Hans Rosemann of212 Willow Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101 as Buyer of the following described
property, to-wit:
The Northerly eighty (80) feet of Lots Numbered Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block
Numbered Six (6) in the Willow Addition of the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded in the Office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming
together with a 1981 Fleetwood mobile home VIN No. IDFL1A149042459 located
thereon.
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Agreement was recorded in the Office ofthe Lincoln County
Clerk in Book 640 at Pages 464 and 465 as Receiving No. 924486 on November 16,2006;
WHEREAS, Assignor now desires to assign the Contract for Deed to Assignee, who desires
to, and will, assume all liabilities and duties as well :is all rights of Assignor therein pertaining to the
collection of monies to become due under the Contract for Deed after the effective date of this
assignment.
IT IS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
That Assignor hereby transfers and assigns to Assignee all rights, duties, and interests in the

collection of monies as well as all remedies available in case of default by the Buyer under the
Contract for Deed dated the 30th day of October, 2006, on the property described in the Contract for
Deed referred to above. This assignment shall become effective upon it being signed and shall apply
to all monies due thereafter and all rights available thereunder.
