Full Reconveyance

The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust, in which
Reverse Exchange No. 11, LLC, Utah Limited Liability Company, is Trustor, and
Salvatore A. Scaffide and Ramona A. Scaffide, as Joint Tenants, are Beneficiary,
recorded on June 5, 2007, in Book 660, Page 708, in the records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, having received from the beneficiary under said Deed of Trust
a written request to reconvey, reciting that the obligation secured by the Deed of
Trust has been fully satisfied, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
person entitled thereto all of the right, title and interest now held by the Trustee in
and to that land described in said Trust Deed situated in Lincoln County,
Wyoming as follows:
All of Lots 4 and 5 of Packsaddle Subdivision 3rd Filing,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
thereof
