A parcel of land located.in Tracts 42, 46 and section 25 of the Resurvey
of T21N Rl16W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Town of Diamondville,
Wyoming, and being part of Parcel 195 of the Town of Diamondville, part
of vacated Hill Road as ~transferred to Tomassi and Sons by Quit Claim
deed as recorded in Boo~ 221PR on page 291, and being part of vacated
West Second Avenue, and being part of that particular parcel of land
conveyed to the Town of D{amondville from the Wyoming Highway Commission
by QCD as recorded in Book 237PR on page 641 allan file in the Lincoln
County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming. This particular parcel
being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Parcel 4 of a particular parcel of
land described and on file at the Lincoln County Courthouse, recorded in
Book 274PR on page 468, where is found an aluminum survey cap¡
thence N 78056' E along the northerly boundary of Parcel 4, 30.00 feet
to· a point. Said point ,being the Northeast corner of said Parcel 4
and the Northwest corner of Lot 10 of Block 22 of the 1942 Plat of
