KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that
Rick H Hillstead and Rosa Y cela Hillstead, husband and wife ,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
herein convey and quitclaim unto
Adam R. Hillstead and Kasi Lee Hillstead, husband and wife ,
of 5996 Bitter Creek County Road, Fairview, Wyoming, and their heirs, successors, and assigns,
all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim, and demand as we have or ought to have
in or to all the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND located within and being a part of the NWl/4NEl/4 of Section 10,
Township 31 North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING on the west boundary line of the said NWl/4NEl/4; at a point which is located
South (record S 0°02' W) a distance of977 feet from the North quarter-section comer of Section
10; and running
THENCE South, along said west boundary line, a distance of 133 feet, more or less, to the
southwest comer of the Rick Hillstead property tract described in that corrective warranty deed
of record in Book 149PR, page 393, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk;
THENCE East, along the south boundary of the said Rick Hillstead tract, a distance of200 feet
to the southeast comer thereof:
THENCE continuing East, along the Hillstead/Miller property line, a distance of 99.75 feet to
the northeast comer of the Miller property, as described in that quit claim deed of record in Book
432, page 298, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk;
THENCE South, along the Hillstead/Miller property line, a distance of 209 feet, more or less, to
the south boundary line of said NWl/4NEl/4;
THENCE East, along said south boundary line, a distance of 138.17 feet;
THENCE North, parallel to said west boundary line, a distance of 342 feet, more or less;
THENCE West a distance of 437.92 feet to the point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of2.00 acres, more or less.
