I, David K. Boren, being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law, upon my
oath, depose and state:
Affidavit of to the Public
That under the date of May 14, 1985, for valuable consideration, Clarence E.
Eskridge and Erma J. Eskridge, husband and wife, by deed of that date, which deed was
duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on May 14, 1985, in Book
226PR, Page 331, conveyed to Clarence E. Eskridge and Erma J. Eskridge, husband and
wife, and David K. Boren, as joint tenants, the following described land, to-wit:
Lot Fifty-Six (56) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Two (2) as platted and recorded in the
official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming
That by reason of said conveyance aforesaid, the said Clarence E. Eskridge and
Erma J. Eskridge, husband and wife, and David K. Boren, became the owners of said real
property, and title thereto vested in them continuously from the date of said conveyance
to the date of death of Erma J. Eskridge, on the 30th day of August, 2006, and the date of
death of Clarence E. Eskridge, on the 9th day of November, 2007. That by reason of and
upon the deaths of Clarence E. Eskridge and Erma J. Eskridge, title to the above
described real property vested in David K. Boren, as the surviving joint tenant.
Affiant avers and certifies that Clarence E. Eskridge and Erma J. Eskridge are the
identical parties named with David K. Boren in the aforementioned deed, whose deaths
terminated their interest, title and estate in said real property; and Affiant attaches hereto
and makes a part of this affidavit, copies of the Official Certificates of Death of said
decedents, duly certified by the public authority in which said death certificates are a
matter of record.
