I, Steve Chichinsky, being first duly sworn, do hereby state as follows:

I am an adult, competent to testify, and make the following affirmations based
upon my own best investigation, information and beliefs;

I am an interested person and make this Affidavit pursuant to WS § 2-9-102;
This affidavit relates to the following described parcel of real property situate in
the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows, and hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Property:"
A portion of Section 9, T36N, Rl19W, 6th P.M., Wyoming described as
follows: Lots 8 & 7, Proposed Alpine Retreat, Inc. Subdividsion #3 as
prepared in 1971 by AAA Engineers, Alden Brewer Land Surveyor
Register No. 526, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Subject to an easement for access to the foregoing real property as granted
by Book 387PR, Page 412 and roadway access and utility easement
recorded 9-30-1996, at Book 388PR, Page 601.
Subject to the easement that was created by that certain Sheriffs Deed that
is dated 22 July 1982, that was executed by T. Deb Wolfley, Sheriff, in
favor of Hi Line Equipment Company, and that was recorded 22 July 1982
as instrument no. 581280, Book 189PR, Page 559, as such deed was
subsequently modified by a Corrected Sheriff s Deed that is dated 18
August 1982, that was executed by T. Deb Wolfley, Sheriff, in favor of Hi
Line Equipment Company, and that was recorded 18 August 1982 as
instrument no. 582897, Book 190PR, Page 569, which easement is
described as follows: A right-of-way access to the west bank or side of the
Salt River, said access and right-of-way extending Southwesterly along a
line parallel to the meander line of said river 1620+ feet from point of
beginning to a point in a fence running East and West along the Northern
boundary of Section 16 T36N RII9W, 6th Principal Meridian; and
extending 50 feet west from said meander line of the West Bank of the
Salt River
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and
rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
The Subject Property was conveyed to Steve Chichinsky and Carol Chichinsky,
husband and wife, via that certain Warranty Deed recorded in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as document number 900046,
in Book 558 of Page 408 on June 10,2004;

5) That Carol Chichinsky passed away on the 20th day of December, 2007, and the
place of last residence of Carol Chichinsky was the County of Teton, State of
Wyoming. See Attached Death Certificate;
6) Following the death of Carol Chichinsky, Steve Chichinsky of P.O. Box 3827,
Jackson, Wyoming is the sole interest holder in the Subject Property.
