Boehme named as one of the parties in that certain Warranty Deed dated March 7, 1964, executed by Amanda Herzog, a widow to Heber J. Boehme and Emma Lyle Boehme, husband and wife, recorded as Instrument Number 381288, on March 10,1964, in , £1 ¡ <¡ Book 64PR at Page 533, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, concerning the real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming and described as follows: North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NYzNE\/'¡), Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE\/.¡NE\/.¡) and Lot One (1) of Section Thirty-Six (36), Township 27 North, Range 120 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming and containing 157.00 acres. 2. That Heber John Boehme, the decedent mentioned in the attached certified copy of the certificate of death, is the same person as Heber J. Boehme and Lyle Boehme, husband and wife, by the entireties, recorded as Instrument Number 332419, on January 19, 1958, in Book 26PR at Page 101, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, concerning the real property situated in th e County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming and described as follows: The Southeast Quarter (SE\/'¡) of Section Thirteen (13) in Township Twenty-Six (26) North, Range One Hundred Twenty (120) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Wyoming. Excepting therefrom the portion of said land now used and occupied by the Highway described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the South Quarter-comer of said Section Thirteen (13), and running thence North 40.00 chains, along the mid-section line of said Section 13; thence East 1.43 chains along the East Quarter-section Line of said Section 13; thence South 0'37' 40 chains to the Southern Boundary of said Section 13; thence West 1.864 chains, to the place of beginning, containing 6.60 acres of land, more or less, as varies the survey thereof. That I am the same Emma Lyle Boehme, also known as Lyle Boehme mentioned in the above referenced Deeds and thereby am a person interested in the effective property or the title thereto and pursuant to § 2-9-102 W.S. (1980) hereby make the death a matter of record and certify that upon the death of Heber J. Boehme, his previous estate in the property was terminated. 5. That the certified copy of the certificate of death indicates that Heber J. Boehme died on May 30, 1999 in the Town of Geneva, State of Idaho.
