WARRANTY DEED
1. Reed Brown, a single person, Grantor, for and in consideration of ten dollars and
other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and
warrants to Kent R. Brown and Melanie D. Brown, as Joint Tenants, with right of
survivorship, whose address is PO Box 1120, Afton, WY 83110, Grantees, the following
real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Beginning at a point at a point Forty Five (45) yards North of the Southeast comer
of the Southeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 32 North, Range 119
West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Wyoming, and running thence North Sixty Five (65)
yards; thence West Seventy Five (75) yards; thence South Sixty Five yards; thence East
Seventy Five (75) yards to the place of beginning.
Together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights, any interest in
and to pipe lines - improvements and other appurtenances thereunto belonging or
appertaining.
