John R. Boyer and Bonnie M. Boyer, husband and witè, Grantors, Teton County, State
of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to John R. Boyer and Boyer Fiduciary Management Corp., Trustees of the John
R. Boyer Descendants Trust created under the Lila W. Boyer Living Trust under agreement
dated March 4, 1994 for the benefit of John R. Boyer and his heirs, and to his successors in
trust, Grantees, whose address is PO Box 882, Jackson, WY 83001, the following-described
real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 83 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 7, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat thereof
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight or in
use.
and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized
of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations,
easements and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
