HomeMy WebLinkAbout937361 SHERIFF'S DEED 000596 WHEREAS, on October 23, 2007 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, a Deputy Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming offered the following-descIibed property for sale at public venue as descdbed in a Notice of Foreclosure Sale and did sell the following-descIibed property to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for HomeQuest Mortgage, pursuant to the power of sale contained in the Mortgage given by Davis Hymas and Kara Hymas, Mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for HomeQuest Mortgage, Mortgagee, dated October 26,2006 and recorded October 27,2006 in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book 638PR, Page 459, and that according to the Mortgage and pursuantto Wyo. Stat. §§ 34-4- 101 through 34-4-113, said Deputy Sheriff did sell the following-described property to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for HomeQuest Mortgage, for the amount of the Foreclosure Sale bid of $143,670.03, as indicated by the Certificate of Sale dated October 23,2007 and recorded on October 23,2007 in Book 676 at Page 514.
