for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration,
in
hand paid,
receipt
whereof
is
hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to JOSEPH F. KALAN and LORI K.
KALAN, as Trustees of the JOSEPH F. KALAN and LORI K. KALAN TRUST
dated December 13, 2007, Grantees, whose address is PO Box 1,
Diamondville, WY 83116, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lots Numbered One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) of
the Block Numbered Eleven (11) in the Town of
Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
