HomeMy WebLinkAbout937394 ò00728 Sheriff's Deed On October 16, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., a foreclosure by advertisement and sale was conducted by me on property described as follows: Lots 7 and 8 ·of Block 2 of the Second Amended Plat of Birch Creek Commercial Park to the Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 286 filed June 2, 1985 as Instrument No. 587719 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, also known as 130 West Birch Creek Drive, LaBarge, WY 83123. Such foreclosure was conduc~ed pursuant to the terms contained in that certain mortgage by and between Michael R. Decker and Debra M. Decker, husband and wife, as Mortgagor, and Community First National Bank, n/k/a Bank of the West, as Mortgagee, dated November 30, 2004, and recorded at Book 573, Page 620 on November 30, 2004, in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming. The current record owner of the property at the time of Sheriffs Sale was Michael R. Decker and Debra M. Decker, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties. A Certificate of Purchase was issued to Guy C. Decker and Sharon L. Decker, of P.O. Box 206, LaBarge, WY 83123, as the Purchaser on October 16, 2007. men by this Deed, that I, , of the County of Lincoln, in consIderation 0 the premises, have grant d sold and do hereby convey to Guy C. Decker and Sharon L. Decker, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, of P.O. Box 206, LaBarge, WY 83123, their heirs and assigns, the above described tract of land, to have and to hold the described premises with all appurtenances to the said Guy C. Decker and Sharon 1..
