WARRANTY DEED

ROD R. JENSEN and ILEENE C. JENSEN, husband and wife, grantors, for and
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to the ROD
R. JENSEN and ILEENE C. JENSEN, JOINT LIVING TRUST, dated February 28,
2008, ROD R. JENSEN and ILEENE C. JENSEN, Trustees, grantees, the following
described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
Parcell
That part of Lot 3, Block 2, of the Original Townsite of Afton within Section 30,
T32N,R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming being part of that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, in Book 142 Photostatic Records on Page
29 and all of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 183 if Photostatic
Records on Page 759, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of said tract of record, Book 183
Photostatic Records common to the Northwest Corner of said tract of record, in
Book 160 of Photostatic Records on Page 209 on the West line of said Block 2,
N01°45'56"E, 82.50 feet from the Southwest Corner of said Block 2;
THENCE N01 °45'56"E, the base bearing for this survey, 100.00 feet along the
said West line common to the West line of said tract of record in book 183 if
Photostatic Record to the Northwest Corner of said tract and common to the
Southwest Corner of that tract of record in Book 152 of Photostatic Record on
Page 637; THENCE S88°14'04"E, 85.43 feet along a common line in part to said
tracts of record in Book 183 and 152 of Photostatic Records to a point on an
existing North-South fence; THENCE S02°13.7'W, 100.00 feet along said
existing fence to a point; THENCE N88°14'04"W, 84.61 feet along a common
line, in part to said tracts of recordin Book 183 and 160 of Photostatic Records to
the corner of beginning; each point and corner marked by a steel T -shaped stake
24" long with metal cap inscribed "PAUL N. SCHERBEL RLSI64 SURVEY
POINT"; all in accordance with the plat prepared and to be filed in said office
titled "Plat of Block 2, Lots 2and 3, Original Townsite of Afton within Section 30,
T32N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, dated July 6, 1982, revised October 4,
1982".

Part of Lot 1, Block 3 of Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the NE Corner of that Record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln, Book 391 P.R. Page 9, 140.00 feet east of the NW Corner of Lot 1,
Block 3 of Afton Townsite; THENCE South along the East line of said tract,
200.00 feet to the Southeast corner of said tract;
THENCE West 30.00 feet along South line of said tract;
THENCE South along the East line of that tract of record in said Office in Book
176 P.R., Page 725, 199.00 feet, more or less, to the thread of Swift Creek;
THENCE Easterly along said thread, 130.00 feet, more or less, to an intersection
with a southerly extension of an existing North-South fence;
THENCE Northerly along said fence, in part, 295.00 feet, more or less, to the
North Line of said Lot 1; THENCE West 108.00 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
SUBJECT to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent
and easement and rights-of-way of record or in use.
