and wife, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration
ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MICHAEL
ELLSWORTH BURRELL and LORI EARLENE RILEY, Trustees, or their successors in
trust, under the MICHAEL ELLSWORTH BURRELL and LORI EARLENE RILEY
Joint Living Trust Agreement, dated March 6, 2008, grantees of County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

Lot 109 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 21, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the Official Plat thereof recoded October 22, 1982 at Document Number 586332 and
Map Number 284, in the office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
