Lowell H. Turner of PO Box 4195, Bedford, WY 83112, upon his oath deposes and says:
1. That OPAL H. TURNER aka Opal Heap Turner, the decedent mentioned in the

attached copy of Certificate of Death, is the same person as OPAL H. TURNER named as one of
the grantees in that certain Quitclaim Deed dated the 22nd day of June, 1992, executed by Lowell
H. Turner and Opal H. Turner, husband and wife, Kory H. Turner and Bonnie H. Turner, husband
and wife, and Chad H. Turner and Christine Turner, husband and wife, grantors, and recorded
June 29, 1992, as Instrument No. 750598 in Book 312 PR, page 222, of the Official Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following described real property located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to-wit:
A portion of the SW1/4 of Section 14, T33N, R118W, 6th P.M., located South of
Turnerville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point near the West line of said Section 14, said point being
150.56 feet Noo14'49"W, 334.45 feet N2°14'50"E, 283.30 feet N1°34'37"E, 106.05
feet N2°34'18"E and 163.32 feet N2°45'07"E from a BLM type monument found
marking the Southwest corner of said Section 14; thence running N77°23'36"W
111.46 feet, to the centerline of the Bedford-Turnerville County Road No. 12-123;
thence N10057'36''E 75.71 feet; thence S84°07'30"E, along the Westerly
prolongation and a fence line, 99.15 feet; thence S2°45'07"W 88.61 feet to the Point
of Beginning. Containing 0.198 acres and being SUBJECT TO an Easement for
Ingress and Egress and Public Utilities approximately 20 feet wide over the Westerly
portion of the above described property, said Easement being more particularly
described on map prepared by Charles V. King and Lloyd B. Baker upon which this
description originally appeared.

within Section 14, T33N, R118W of the 6th P.M., to include and SUBJECT TO the
reserved and heretofore declared easement for Ingress and Egress and Public
Utilities approximately 20 feet wide over the Westerly portion of the above described
property, said Easement being more particularly described on map prepared by
Charles V. King and Lloyd B. Baker upon which this description originally appeared.

a BLM type monument found marking the outhwest corner of said Section 14 to the
True Point of beginning; thence running N °45'08"E163.32 feet; thence N2°45'07"E
88.61 feet to a fence line; thence S84°07'27"E, along said fence line, 228.36 feet to
a fence corner; thence S7°24'03"W 230.17 feet; thence West 209.61 feet to the
Point of Beginning. Containing 1.209 acres of land and being SUBJECT TO an

over the Westerly portion of the above described property, said Easement being

and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point near the West line of said SW1/4SW1/4, said point being
150.56 feet Noo14'49"W, 334.45 feet N2°14'50"E, and 78.02 feet N1°34'37"E, from a
BLM type monument found marking the Southwest corner of said Section 14 to the
True Point of Beginning; thence continuing N1°34'37"E 205.28 feet; thence
N2°34'18"E 106.05 feet; thence East 209.61 feet; thence S7°24'04"W 312.97 feet;
thence S89°45'W 179.70 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Containing 1.393
acres of land and being SUBJECT TO an Easement for Ingress and Egress and
Public Utilities approximately 20 feet wide over the Westerly portion of the above
described property, said Easement being more particularly described on map
prepared by Charles V. King and Lloyd B. Baker upon which this description
originally appeared.
2. That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Lowell H. Turner named
as one of the grantees in the above-described Quitclaim Deed, that he and OPAL H. TURNER
were husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording of the Quitclaim Deed described
above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of OPAL H. TURNER, named in said
conveyance, the undersigned, Lowell H. Turner, became on December 1, 2000, the date of the
death of the aforementioned decedent, the owner of the lands or the owner of any interest of OPAL
H. TURNER, in the lands described in the foregoing, subject to any then existing liens and
encumbrances.

3. That OPAL H. TURNER aka Opal Heap Turner, the decedent mentioned in the
attached copy of Certificate of Death, is the same person as OPAL H. TURNER named as one of
the grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated the 8th day of July, 1994, executed by Lowell H.
Turner and Opal H. Turner, husband and wife, grantors, and recorded July 11, 1994, as Instrument
No. 786392 in Book 354 PR, page 16, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
covering the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Section 32, T34N, R118W of the 6th P.M.,
and running thence West 20 rods; thence South 40 rods; thence East 20 rods;
thence North 40 rods, to the place of beginning, together with improvements and
water rights.
4. That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Lowell H. Turner named
as one of the grantees in the above-described Warranty Deed, that he and OPAL H. TURNER
were husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording of the Warranty Deed described
above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of OPAL H. TURNER, named in said
conveyance, the undersigned, Lowell H. Turner, became on December 1, 2000, the date of the
death of the aforementioned decedent, the owner of the lands or the owner of any interest of OPAL
H. TURNER, in the lands described in the foregoing, subject to any then existing liens and
encumbrances.
