Lowell H. Turner a single man, of Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for and in
consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to Kory H. Turner and
Bonnie H. Turner, husband and wife, for an undivided one-half interest, of 5191 Lincoln County
Road No. 12-123, Bedford, WY 83112, and Chad H. Turner and Christine Turner, husband and
wife, for an undivided one-half interest, of 5193 Lincoln County Road No. 12-123, Bedford, WY
83112, grantees, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
A portion of the SW1/4 of Section 14, T33N, R118W, 6th P.M., located South of
Turnerville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point near the West line of said Section 14, said point being
150.56 feet Noo14'49"W, 334.45 feet N2°14'50"E, 283.30 feet N1°34'37"E, 106.05
feet N2°34'18"E and 163.32 feet N2°45'07"E from a BLM type monument found
marking the Southwest corner of said Section 14; thence running N77°23'36"W
111.46 feet, to the centerline of the Bedford- Turnerville County Road No. 12-123;
thence N10057'36''E 75.71 feet; thence S84°07'30"E, along the Westerly
prolongation and a fence line, 99.15 feet; thence S2°45'07"W 88.61 feet to the Point
of Beginning. Containing 0.198 acres and being SUBJECT TO an Easement for
Ingress and Egress and Public Utilities approximately 20 feet wide over the Westerly
portion of the above described property, said Easement being more particularly
described on map prepared by Charles V. King and Lloyd B. Baker upon which this
description originally appeared.
AND ALSO the N1/2S1/2SW1/4 and the North 130 feet of the S1/2S1/2SW1/4 all
within Section 14, T33N, R118W of the 6th P.M., to include and SUBJECT TO the
reserved and heretofore declared easement for Ingress and Egress and Public
Utilities approximately 20 feet wide over the Westerly portion of the above described
property, said Easement being more particularly described on map prepared by
Charles V. King and Lloyd B. Baker upon which this description originally appeared.
EXCEPTING FROM THE AFORESAID CONVEYANCE THE FOLLOWING:

a BLM type monument found marking the Southwest corner of said Section 14 to the
True Point of beginning; thence running N2°45'08"E 163.32 feet; thence N2°45'07"E
88.61 feet to a fence line; thence S84°07'27"E, along said fence line, 228.36 feet to
a fence corner; thence S7°24'03"W 230.17 feet; thence West 209.61 feet to the
Point of Beginning. Containing 1.209 acres of land and being SUBJECT TO an
Easement for Ingress and Egress and Public Utilities approximately 20 feet wide
over the Westerly portion of the above described property, said Easement being

and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point near the West line of said SW1/4SW1/4, said point being
150.56 feet Noo14'49"W, 334.45 feet N2°14'50"E, and 78.02 feet N1°34'37"E, from a
BLM type monument found marking the Southwest corner of said Section 14 to the
True Point of Beginning; thence continuing N1°34'37"E 205.28 feet; thence
N2°34'18"E 106.05 feet; thence East 209.61 feet; thence S7°24'04"W 312.97 feet;
thence S89°45'W 179.70 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Containing 1.393
acres of land and being SUBJECT TO an Easement for Ingress and Egress and
Public Utilities approximately 20 feet wide over the Westerly portion of the above
described property, said Easement being more particularly described on map
prepared by Charles V. King and Lloyd B. Baker upon which this description
originally appeared.
