RELEASE OF REAL EST ATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the First State Bank of Pinedale tka First
National Bank of Pinedale, a corporation, of the County of Sublette, and State of Wyoming, does hereby
certify that a certain mortgage bearing date the 11th day of October, 2007, made and executed by Jack A.
Jensen, a Married Man, as mortgagor, to the First State Bank of Pinedale tka First National Bank of
Pinedale, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$143,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on the 17th day of October, 2007, in Book
675 of Mortgages, at page 745, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
'44-3
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged;
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the First State Bank of Pinedale tka First National Bank of Pinedale
has caused these Presents to be signed by its Vice President and its Corporate seal to be affixed, this 12th
day of March, 2008.

to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that she is the Vice President of the First
State Bank of Pinedale tka First National Bank of Pinedale and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the
corporate seal of said corporation, and that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said
corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said Debbie Leeper acknowledged said instrument to
be the free act and deed of said corporation.
