Scott Nield, also known as Scott Allen Nield and also known as Scott A. Nield, and Carol
P. Nield, husband and wife, Grantors, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration
ofTen dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO Scott Nield and Carol P. Nield, Trustees
of the Scott Nield and Carol P. Nield Joint Revocable Trust under agreement dated February 28,
2008, for the benefit of Scott Nield and Carol P. Nield and their heirs, Grantees, whose address is
11062 WY State Highway 238, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83110, the following described
real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:

NIELD AND CAROL P. NIELD HOUSE TRACT
and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of
said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and
encumbrances of record.
