KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 29,
2001, and executed by Bethel K. Passey, A Single Person, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain
real estate therein described as security for the payment of $26,189.38, mortgage was recorded in
the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 05th day of June, 2001, in Book # 465 of Mortgages, at Page # 812 as
document number # 873709 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County,
to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
