presents do make and constitute and appoint David A. Fagnant,
of Quality Realty, of P.O. Box 72, Kemmerer, WY 831 01 our true
and lawful attorney for us and in our name, place and stead
for our use and benefit as follows:
To execute any and all documents necessary for the

Statements, Deeds, Contracts, Lien Waivers, Agreements

Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney
to do and perform all and every act whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the above stated premises,
as fully to all intent and purposes as the signers might and
could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying' and
confirming that said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to
be done in the above stated premises by virtue of these presents.
