grantor(s) of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and
Valuable Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do(es) Convey and Warrant To
Adam R. Hillstead and Kasi Lee HiUstead, Husband and Wife,
grantee(s), whose address is: 5996 Bitter Creek County Road, Fairview, Wyoming 83119 the following described
real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
A tract of land located within and being a part 01' the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10,
Township 31 North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning on the West boundary line of the said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; at a point which is
located South (record South 0002' West) a distance of 977 feet from the North quarter-section corner of Section
10; and running
thence South, along said West boundary line, a distance of 112 feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of the
Rick Hillstead property tract described in that corrective warranty deed of record in Book 149PR, Page 393,
in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk;
thence East, along the South boundary of the said Rick Hillstead tract, a distance of 200 feet to the Southeast
corner thereof;
thence continuing East, a distance of 99,75 feet;
thence South, a distance of 230 feet, more or less, to the South boundary line of said Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter;
thence East, along said South boundary line, a distance of 138,17 feet;
thence North, parallel to said West boundary line, a distance,of 342 feet, more or less;
thence West a distance of 437.92 feet to the poin,t of beginning:
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description in Quit Claim Deed recorded February 27, 2008 In Book
688PR on page 78 of the Lincoln County public records.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming,
