SHERIFF'S DEED
I, Shane Johnson, duly elected and acting Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
have granted and sold and do hereby convey to Michael Martin and Jennifer
Martin, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, 233 Aspen Way, Rock
Springs, Wyoming 82901, their heirs, successors and assigns, in consideration of
the sum paid as high bidders at a mortgage foreclosure sale held on June 26,
2007, at Kemmerer, Wyoming, of that certain mortgage recorded at Reception
No. 916597 in Book 614 at Page 180 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk,
with Bank of Star valley as mortgagee and Tim R. Trefren as mortgagor, as
evidenced by a Certificate of Sale recorded in Book 663 on Page 501 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and with the expiration of three (3) months
and thirty (30) days from the date of said sale, without the property being
redeemed as provided by law, the following described property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to have and hold forever, to wit:

WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED AUGUST 9, 1994 AS PLAT
