KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LA VONNE M. CASSIDY, a married
person, whose address is 1352 Uinta Drive, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, Grantor, for and in '
consideration ofthe sum often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM:S to LA VONNE M.
CASSIDY, Trustee, or my successors in Trust, under the LA VONNE M. CASSIDY LNING
TRUST, dated March 14,2008, and any amendments thereto, whose address is 1352 Uinta Drive,
Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the Grantee, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and
to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot Nineteen (19) of Block Four (4) Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the Town of
Kemmerer, situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
