AFFIDAVIT AFFECTING TITLE
CORRECTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
COME NOW, I, Lloyd B. Baker, PEILS 698 and being upon oath fIrst duly sworn, state
and allege as follows:
1. The affiant is the same person that performed the survey for the property
described in Corrective Warranty Deed recorded June 13,2007, in Book 661PR
on Page 824, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Wyoming & for the
property described in Corrective Warranty Deed recorded in June 13,2007, in
Book 661PR, Page 821, in the Office of the Lincoln County, Clerk, Wyoming.
2. That this affidavit is given pursuant to and in accordance with Wyoming State
Statute 34-11-101 Wyoming Statutes (1977 Amended), for the purpose of
correcting errors in descriptions of land in recorded instrument.
3. That a typographical error in the description ofthe property should be and are
hereby modified by correction as follows:

thence N89°07'52"W, along said North line, 2,252.19 feet;
thence N1°14'32"E 1,324.32 feet to a Point in the South
line of the Nl/2SE1/4 of said Section 34;
thence S89°16'02"E, along said South line, 346.44 feet to
the Northwest corner of the Izatt property, as referred to
in the Deed recorded in Book 71PR, on Page 256, with said
