A portion of the Boyer property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded in Book 613, on Page 421, with the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the Sl/2SE1/4 of
Section 34, T35N, Rl19W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1991
location for the Northeast Corner of the NE1/4 of Section
3, T34N, of said Rl19W;
thence N89°07'52"W, along said North line, 2,252.19 feet;
thence N1°14'32"E 1,324.32 feet to a Point in the South
line of the N1/2SE1/4 of said Section 34;
