That ~, the undersigned, B~NT T, PETERSON an d TONYA PETE~ON, husband & wife,
(;"Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby ac~owledged, do
hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of~on
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("~antees"), a pecemal easement ~d h~t
of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYO~G along
a line described as follows, to wit:
BErG a portion of the NWl/4 SE1/4 of Section 10, T31N, Rll9W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
356.10COMMENCINGfeet from theat aNwPointcornerbeingthereofia spike on the West line of said ~1/4 SE1/4, S 00° 24' 24",
Thence S 88° 57' 39" E, 186.00 feet to point of beginning.
Thence N 31° E, 406 feet to a point.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet on eacb side of described line.
Together:with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shmbbe~, undergro~h or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
hcilities. The Grantor ac~owledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) are naturally occu~ng
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other hcilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the ~antee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
