THIS INDENTURE is made the 28th day of March, 2008, by and between Quality Builders & Realty, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, the Grantor, and Micheal Richardson, whose address is: 217 Opal Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the Grantee; That the grantor does, by these presents, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as: See attached description SUBJECf, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights of way of record, of sight or in use.
