The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders of GS Mortgage Securities Corp. GSAA 2005-2 Assignment dated: September 19, 2005 (!ßJ Assignment recorded: October 5, 2005 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 912524 in Book 600 at Page 438 Assignee: Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for the Holders of GSAA Home Equity Trust 2005-2, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2005-2 Assignment dated: August 29,2007 Assignment recorded: September 7,2007 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 932945 in Book 671 at Page 535 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for the Holders of GSAA Home Equity Trust 2005-2, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2005-2, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on November 13, 2007, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for the Holders of GSAA Home Equity Trust 2005-2, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2005-2 ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $191,555.91, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on November 13, 2007 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 13, 2007, at Reception No. 934811 in Book 678 at Page 454; WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for the Holders of GSAA Home Equity Trust 2005-2, Asset ShDeed Sheriffs Deed Pederson 07-15396 Page 1 of2 000829 Backed Certificates, Series 2005-2, 400 Countrywide Way, SV 35, P.O.
