With respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded August 18. 1994 Book 356 PR, Page~was in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, Wyoming and the said lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property owned -Lor being purchased by Lester R. & Barbara Miller described below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby release the premises thereby affected.
