QUITCLAIM DEED
The Lincoln County Airport Joint Powers Board, Grantor, whose address is
, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83110, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of
warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the 'Grantor, or Grantor's successors and assigns, to
Scott Nield and Carol P. Nield, Trustees of the Scott Nield and Carol P. Nield Joint Revocable Trust
under agreement dated February 28,2008, Grantees, whose address is 11062 WY State Highway
238, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83110, all of Grantors' right, title and interest, ifany, in and
to the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:

That part of the NE~E~ of Section 35, T32N, Rl19W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 391 of
Photostatic Records on page 72, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the south line of said tract
in Book 391 with the east line of said NE~E~, SOoo-21.5IW,
528.00 feet from the northeast corner of said NE~E~, found as
described in the Corner Record filed in said Office;
thence N07°-13.5IW, 312.58 feet to a point on the west line of
said tract; identical with the southeast point of that tract
of record in Book 261 of Photostatic Records on page 343;
thence SOoo-21.5'W, 310.20 feet, along said west line, parallel
with said east line, to a point at the southwest corner of
said tract in Book 391;
thence N89°-51.8'E, 41.25 feet, along the south line of said
tract, parallel with the north line of said NE~NE~, to the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0,15 acre, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the north line of the WMWM
of Section 36, T32N, R119W, being N890-48.6'E;
each "point" and lIintersection" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel
reinforcing rod with a 211 aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR
