ASSIGNMENT OF OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTEREST
WHEREAS, Maurice W. Brown and Bonnie 1. Brown established the Maurice W. Brown
and Bonnie J. Brown Irrevocable Trust dated December 26, 1979, under which First Wyoming
Bank, N.A., was the Trustee; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of the Maurice W. Brown and Bonnie J. Brown Irrevocable
Trust agreement, the assets of the Trust were to be divided into three (3) equal separate shares
and each share shall be held by the Trustee as a separate trust; one (1) share each for the benefit
of Alicia 1. Brown, Russell W. Brown, and Laurie A. Brown; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of that Trust, upon Alicia J. Brown reaching the age of
thirty-five (35), the Trustee shall distribute to her all of the property then belonging to her
separate Trust; and

IT is the intention of the Trustee to distribute to Alicia 1. Brown, a!k/a Alicia J. Burke, all
of the overriding royalty interest held in her separate Trust, which is to say, ONE-THIRD (113)
of the overriding royalty interest held in the Maurice W. Brown and Bonnie J. Brown Irrevocable
Trust dated December 26, 1979.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned,
BANK OF THE WEST, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST WYOMING BANK,
N.A., TRUSTEE OF THE MAURICE W. BROWN AND BONNIE J. BROWN
IRREVOCABLE TRUST, hereinafter called ASSIGNOR, do hereby assign, transfer and
deliver unto:

hereinafter called ASSIGNEE, ONE- TIDRD (1/3) of all of the overriding royalty interest which
may be produced, saved and marketed from the properties covering lands described below,
situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming., to-wit:

THIS ASSIGNMENT IS MADE WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE, EXPRESS

interest in thè properties described on above to Assignee.
