KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Todd James Cleasby, 1001
Cedar Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming, has made, constituted and appointed, and by these
presents does make, constitute and appoint, Delores Cleasby, 1001 Cedar Avenue,
Kemmerer, Wyoming, his true and lawful attorney for him and in his name, place and
stead, to purchase, finance the purchase and mortgage the following described real
property:
Lot Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), Lot Nine (9), Lot Ten (10), Lot Eleven (11), and
lot Twelve (12) of Block Number Sixty-one (61) in the Second Addition to
the Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as surveyed,
platted and recorded in the Office of the· Lincoln County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
and to sign, seal, execute, deliver and acknowledge all necessary documents in
connection therewith including, but not limited thereto, deeds, promissory notes,
mortgages, escrow instructions, and closing statements, giving and granting unto said
attorney full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes, as he might or could do if personally present with full power of
substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney or her
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
