MODIFICATION, Lender and Grantor hereby modify the Mortgage as follows: Increasing loan amount from $655,000.00 to $700,000.00, Extending maturity date from April 25, 2008 to June 25, 2008. All other terms and conditions remain the same. CONTINUING VALIDITY.
