KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Earl Roy Gilbert, in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does for his
heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto
Sharon L. Gilbert, whose address is 8538 Sylvan Avenue, Riverside, CA 92503,
all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as he may
have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit
Lots 1, 2, 3,4,5,17,18,19,20 and 21 of Block 36 of the First Addition to
the Town of LaBarge, formerly Tulsa, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
LESS and EXCEPTING any land lying within the boundaries of the
Alleman Second Addition to the Town of LaBarge, formerly Tulsa, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Subject, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and
rights-of-way of record, of sight or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
