(a Wyoming Corporation) dba Crescent B Outfitters (Cody and Jackson, WY operations),
the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as SELLER, for and in consideration of the sum
of Three Hundred Ninety Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($390,000.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, to them in hand paid by Tim N. Trefren, Sharen Trefren,
Jon W. Kelly, and Neil Vargason, hereinafter referred to as BUYER, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, SELLER by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
BUYER, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, the following:
A. Outfitting business currently doing business as Crescent B Outfitters
(Cody, WYand Jackson, WY locations).
B. Website domain name ofwww.huntinwyoming.com and a 2 year use
(following close of contract) of the domain name
