KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, Aaron A. Miller and Alisa J. Miller (Grantor) made, executed and
delivered on the 7h day of December, 2007 to Celtic Bank Corporation (Lender), a
Construction Mortgage which was recorded on the 13rd day of December, 2007 in the

office of the recorder of 1l.iBta County, Wyoming as Entry No. 935560 in Book 681 at
Page(s) 000158-000164, covering the following described real property:
Lots 3 and 4 Block 3 or C.R. Roberts Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on
August 13, 1985 as instrument No. 640827 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 700 Sage Street, Cokeville, WY 83114. The Real Property tax
identification number is 12-2419-08-1-02-200.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, Celtic Bank Corporation, as Lender does hereby grant,
release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the estate and
interest derived to it, by or through said Construction Mortgage in the above described
lands and premises, together with the appurtenances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Celtic Bank Corporation, as Lender, has caused
these presents to be executed this 21 st day of March, 2008.
