THIS DEED, between DUSTIN 1. BERTOT of 3232 Teck Street, Missoula, Montana 59804,
executor and PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RUEL KIM BERTOT who was also
known as R. KIM BERTOT, late of 1002 Sorenson Drive, City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, herein referred to as personal representative, and JASON P. ARCHffiALD of 1001 Sorenson
Drive, City of Kenunerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming 83101, herein referred to as grantee.
PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
In consideration of ten dollars ($10) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid to
personal representative by grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged, personal representative hereby
conveys, to grantee, his heirs and assigns, the following real property:
Lot Three (3) of Block Two (2), Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer,
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, together with all buildings, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and all the estate,
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim, and demand whatsoever, both in law and
equity, which Ruel Kim Bertot the testator had in his lifetime and at the time of his death,
and which personal representative has, by virtue of the will of Ruel Kim Bertot, or
otherwise, of, in, and to the above-granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with
the appurtenances.
To have and to hold all the above-granted premises, together with the appurtenances, and
every part thereof, to grantee, his heirs, and assigns forever.
SUBJECT, however, to all easements, restrictions, reservations, and rights-of-way of record
or 11.1 use.
Personal representative, for himself, his heirs, executors, and administrators, agrees with the grantee
that he is lawfully the personal representative of the estate of Ruel Kim Bertot in Probate Number 2007-41-
DC in the Third Judicial District Court in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and has power to convey as aforesaid.
Personal representative further covenants that he has in all respects made this conveyance pursuant to the
authority granted by the will of Ruel Kim Bertot, and that he has not done or suffered any act since he
became personal representative as aforesaid whereby the above-granted premises, or any part thereof, now
are, or at any time hereafter, shall or may be impeached, charged, or encumbered in any manner whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the personal representative has executed this deed at Missoula, Montana
