KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Edna Jill Hillyard, a single person,
grantor of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto THE
EDNA JILL HILLYARD TRUST dated April I ¡J ~008, grantee, her heirs assigns forever,
all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or
ought to have, in or to all the following described property, to-wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
