Marlene R, Fleming and Joette M, Katzer, being first duly sworn upon their
oaths according to law, certify and state as follows:
VERIFICATION OF SUCCESSOR CO-TRUSTEES
1. That on the 23rd day of May, 1995, Joseph Koscak, Jr., acting as
Settlor and as Trustee, entered into an agreement creating the Joseph Koscak, Jr.
Living Trust, which trust, for formal purposes, has heretofore been referred to as:
JOSEPH KOSCAK, JR., Trustee, or his successors in trust, under
the JOSEPH KOSCAK, JR. LIVING TRUST, and any
amendments thereto, dated May 23, 1995
2, That Joseph Koscak, Jr. died at Kemmerer, Wyoming, on the 31 st day
of March, 2008.
3, That upon the death of Joseph Koscak, Jr., Marlene R, Fleming and
Joette M, Katzer became the co-Trustees of said trust, in accordance with the terms
and provisions of said trust.
4, That Joseph Koscak, Trustee, or his successor(s) in trust, under the
Joseph Koscak Living Trust, dated May 23, 1995, is the record owner of the
following described real property situate in Diamondville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
Parcel 165 of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
described on the plat thereof dated August 31, 1942 on file in the Office
of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
ALSO:
A parcel of land being a part of West Brilliant Street and part of Susie
Avenue to the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest comer of Parcel 165 to the town of
Diamondville; thence N, 78°56' E, along the Southerly boundary line of
Parcel 165, a distance of 15,00 feet; thence S, 11 °04' E" a distance of
7.50 feet; thence S, 78°56' W., a distance of 30.50 feet; thence N,
44 °45'24" W., a distance of 3,61 feet; thence N. 11 °04' W., a distance of

belonging or appertaining thereto, or used in connection therewith;

reservations, covenants, conditions and rights of way of record,

designations, transfers directly to the trust, and formal correspondence, said trust
