Aldona Kripiene, an individual residing in the State of Wyoming, GRANTOR, of
313 Snake River Drive, Alpine, Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen dollars and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Aldona Kripiene, Trustee under that
certain trust agreement entitled the Aldona Kripiene Revocable Trust Agreement dated
April 07, 2008, and successor or successors in Trust, GRANTEE, the following-
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to
wit:
Lot 32, River View Meadows Subdivision, Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming
also known as 313 Snake River Drive
