Milton E. Meacham and Gail R. Meacham, husband and wife, Grantors, of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND WARRANT to Warren D. Eggleston and Karrie D. Eggleston, husband and wife as
Tenants by the Entireties, Grantees, whose address is 714 Beech Avenue, Kemmerer,
Wyoming 83101, the following described real estate situate in Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The North half of Lots 7 and 8 of Block 39 of the First Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Together with all improvements situate thereon and all easements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and,
Subject to all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions, if any, of record;
and,
Further subject to discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortages in area,
encroachments, and any facts a correct survey and inspection of the premises
would disclose and which are not shown in the public records,
Also known as 714 Beech Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming,
