EASEMENT
KNOW ALL ~N BY T~SE P~SENT:
That ~, the undersigned, JEAN M. GOLDEN, a single person, ("Grantor"), for a good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby ac~owledged, do hereby grant, convey and
warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of~on and Jackso% Wyo~g ~d
to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction
and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines
and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed an d maintained und er, upon and across the presses
of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOM~G along a line described as follows, to wit:
BErG a part of Lot ~4 of Fox Hollow Subdivision all in Section I1, T31N, Rll9W, in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an existing electric padmount vault on the West property line located South
60 feet from the NW property corner of said .Lot 4.
Thence Easement begins and bears N 66° E 84 feet to a padmount electric transformer.
Thence S 23° E 107 feet to an electric metering point.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said hcilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
sh'mbbe~, undergro~h or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
hcilities. The GrantOr acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) ~e natur~y occu~ng
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other hcilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said St ate.
