83118, for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand
paid, conveys and warrants to Dale F. Turner and Sheila C. Turner, Grantees, Husband and Wife
as tenants by the entireties, whose address is PO Box 872, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, the
following real estate legally described as:
That real property described on the attached DESCRIPTION
FOR DALE TURNER AND SHEILA TURNER, TURNER
TRACT a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and
incorporated by this reference.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantor hereby
covenants with the said Grantees that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that it is free
ITom encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
