RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August 30,
2006, and executed by Kari Walker, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein
described as security for the payment of $64,000.00, mortgage was recorded in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
the 30th day of August, 2006, in Book # 632 of Mortgages, at Page # 219 as document number #
921929 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that she is the President of The Bank

Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
