YON EUGENE HEMMERT and FAWN HEMMERT, husband and wife, grantors of
the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to THE YON AND FAWN HEMMERT
FAMILY TRUST, dated April Z. z., 2008, YON EUGENE HEMMERT and FAWN
HEMMERT, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-
wit:

Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances

releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 12 of the Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point eight rods east from the Southwest corner of said Lot 4 of Block
12;
thence running northerly 192 feet on a line parallel to the west boundary of said
Lot 4, Block 12;
thence running easterly for 12 rods, more or less, on a line parallel to the North
Boundary of Lot 4, to the east boundary line of said Block 12;
thence running southerly, along said east boundary line, 192 feet to the Southeast
Corner of said Lot 4;
thence running westerly, along the south boundary line of said Lot 4, 12 rods,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrIctIOns, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
