707, in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming and which covers
property described as follows:
LOT TWENTY (20) OF THE BEAR HOLLOW TWIN HOME SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING AS RECORDED JUNE 20, 2000 AT DOCUMENT NUMBER 866535 AND
MAP NUMBER 393 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AND
OTHERWISE KNOWN AS: 186 BEAR HOLLOW DRIVE, THAYNE, WYOMING 83127.
together with the note or notes secured thereby, to Wyoming Community Development
Authority its successors and assigns, subject however, to all of the agreements,
conditions, covenants and stipulations therein contained, as well as all rights of
redemption provided by law.
